Millions of Americans are missing out on easy savings for homeowners. Across the country homeowners are now able to cover various expenses such as home improvements, remodels, debts and other bills.

These programs are helping stimulate the economy and the majority of homeowners are now using these funds towards home improvements like bathroom, kitchen remodels and even roof repairs to raise the value of their homes.

It’s completely free to check and takes 60 seconds or less. Homeowners who have equity built up in their house are likely to be eligible for larger cash out options.

Tip #1: Credit scores can also impact cash out options.  A credit score of 600+ which is considered “Good” credit usually helps.

Tip #2: The type of property you own may also impact cash out options.  Some property types like rentals or apartments will not be eligible.
